Another pollie walks off the job. Does this mean the office of Mayor is now vacant ? If so, any nominees ?
Enjoy your holiday chaps, I had three comments disappear this week and the nook frozen for over two days but enquiries / complaints / offers of help elicit no response whatsoever.
I am taking a holiday too for a couple of weeks.
See you when you’re feeling refreshed,
Golden1
Hmm, I know what you mean, it’s terribly frustrating when Nook doesn’t work
. I wish they’d tell us what was happening with the exhibition… I check the Leader every week, and always nothing. I’m starting to wish I hadn’t spent so much money printing my art.
I’m genuinely going on holiday in a week, for a week… no internet for five whole days… :S
Anyway, do keep checking back on Nook occasionally. Admin might tell us what’s going on.
I dont understand. Things only work if people put in effort.
But then again, you have to want it to work.
Happy Holidays to Lady C and John and of course Indi
i took a sabatical as nook was giving me the utter sh##s and i thought about not bothering with it any more but here i am again, obviously i must enjoy being irritated by this stupid site
Well I for one am glad you enjoy being irritated by the site.
I hope Shadow’s master remembers to take his poo bag along on the holiday….can’t be soiling the sunny beaches of where ever!!
Perhaps what this Site really needs is a volunteer moderator who has both the time and inclination to spend time sifting through the legalities involved in operating a blog site. Any retired journalists available, someone sitting at home bored witless?
After all, the Site operators are responsible for ensuring that something untoward doesn’t get through. I know I am constantly scrutinised….It is part of the process.
Can a Village operate without a Mayor? don’t worry, he’ll come back, he won’t be able to resist just checking us out….It is the nature of a Mayor to want to be “in charge”…..and we are his constituents….He cares! unlike most pollies, once elected.
You may be right, you may be crazy, but it’s
(yes borrowed from a song)
by the way, thankyou for the positive
shadowmaster aka john - but i still having my holiday.
